Quote
Prepare a quote
Build a short quote for the work, using saved items where they help. Read it as the customer will see it, then preview the PDF before issuing.
Job
Create and link the job
Choose the work type, customer and site, then link the quote you just created. Check everything before saving.
Photos
Add Before, During and After photos
Use the groups that make sense for this job. Check each caption and any saved date, time or location. If that information was not captured, InvoQuill leaves it blank.
Costs and travel
Record an expense and mileage
Add the expense in the currency you paid and attach the receipt if you have one. Enter a journey yourself or review a recorded trip. For a rate of 45p per mile, enter 0.45.

Choose what to include in the PDF
Use the Recorded Evidence options to choose the sections you need. Set the photo quality, decide whether to show saved coordinates and preview the whole PDF.
Invoice
Prepare and issue the invoice
Create a draft from the completed work. Check every line and any online payment link, then preview the PDF. You need InvoQuill Pro to issue it. The final document number stays used even if you later void or delete the invoice.
Payment
Check and record the payment
Use your bank or payment provider to confirm the money arrived. If InvoQuill suggests a match from a statement, check the invoice yourself. Record the payment, then create a receipt from the saved payment.
